Closed home prices ranged from approximately $750,000 to $1,330,000.

At the time of the market snapshot, the two active listings were priced at approximately $1,295,000 and $1,299,900.

That range is important because Country Hills isn’t a one-price-point neighborhood. Home values can vary substantially depending on the property’s size, location within the community, condition, upgrades and lot.
